"The area around and adjacent to the entrance to the hotel was under construction. The walkways had work benches and cables in and across them. The room was old and had peeling paint on the entire ceiling but clean. I didn't expect luxury but it was only "fair" not "good" and a bit overpriced for the accommodations I got."
