"I have never in all my years of travelling EVER stayed in such a horrible property. Definitely should not be included in a Hyatt . The a ir conditioning is SHUT. We had to stay in 78 degrees room, no one was at front desk. To save money, it comes to be, they shut the air in the rooms. IN AUGUST ! ..."
