"Hotel and staff was exceptional with one exception. The bartender cut off service after two drinks. He embarrassed me. I’m a loud talker and was dancing to the music. He took that as being drunk. It was uncomfortable afterwards we left a day early. The manager did agree to refund last night stay. "

"We were greeted by Stephen at the front desk, who was friendly & helpful. Check in was quick. Stephen offered us a complimentary cold beverage, carried our luggage to the room and offered a tour of the hotel. Our room was clean, and well decorated. Bed and pillows super comfy! "We liked that the property overlooked a harbour . It was lovely and quiet. We appreciated other guests had thought this location was better than being downtown Key West, due to the late night noise etc. The resort was a 12 minute Uber ride to Duval street. "There was an industrial size drill, drilling for hours at the beach right next door. Very loudly and not a great view from the beach chairs. "Had read some negative reviews in past years about the state of the resort. The last time we stayed at The Casa was probably 7 years ago and loved it. Had been hesitant to book our babymoon stay here but SO glad we did. The property has made it a priority to make upgrades and the necessary facelift that everyone was hoping for. If you have any reservations about staying here, you shouldn’t! The Casa is back, and we will be back soon!"
