"Nice hotel, large lobby, big and clean rooms. Very polite staff, responds quickly to requests and very, very kind and service. Could not open the windows on the second night, it was too hot in the room which made sleeping difficult. The hotel's internet is really inconvenient, connection to it failed again and again, in the end we used our cellular package."

"The best thing about this hotel was the location just a stone's throw away from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which made travel to and from and within Berlin relatively simple (hint: make sure you get separate online maps of the U-Bahn and S-Bahn systems before going to Berlin). Also, in the Hbf, there is a VERY convenient and reasonably priced "BIO" supermarket. The hotel staff were nice enough but not particularly knowledgeable about Berlin. My wife and I particularly objected to the check-in procedure, which required our jet-lagged selves to fill out a bunch of information online which should have already been in their system. Also, the staff failed on two days to refill our Nespresso pods, a minor irritant, but for the money we were paying, not acceptable. And for that money there should have been 4 pods for two people, not 2. Fortunately, there was an on-street coffee kiosk 50 meters from the hotel. We would stay here again, all things considered . The housekeeping and HVAC systems were very good. And again, the location is unbeatable."

"Well located although our nearest subway stop was closed all 8 days of our stay. Room was spacious enough for our 3 person adult family and the breakfasts were excellent."

"It is a generally good hotel but not without some small issues. Stuff are villing to go some extra steps to help guests. For example, for us they opened the door between two rooms straight away (somebody came up with us to the rooms when we arrived even though we came after 11pm). The same person explained how to control air-conditioner. Issues: one elevator was under repair (i.e. only 2 out of 3 were working) and people had to wait, and sometimes go with the next elevator because the first was overloaded. Another issue, we lived on the 3rd floor (2nd if count the ground as 0) with windows to the big internal court and often somebody was smoking there, so we had to close our window."
