Great facilities and location. Beach is adjacent to resort and nice although sand is rough. Food was nice but not exceptional. Staff friendly enough. Pity the AC was not activated due to season as kids got hot at night and fan was not great. Also very eco unfriendly with so many plastic water bottles. It would have been better to have water refilling stations. There is poor public transport to Antalya and taxi is expensive. Uber does not provide any drivers or they cancel. Perhaps yellow cab drivers get more money from hotel bookings.
We would probably stay here again at the right price. Definitely does not have ambience or luxury of a 5 star hotel.

"Sardar front desk was very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff very rude. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but didn’t NOT all the food was covered with flies. Our room was very great big size with amazing view. The bathroom needs updating."

"لم تكن الاقامة في الفندق بالمستوى المعلن عنه حيث ان الفندق يبعد كثيرا عن مركز المدينة اضافة الى عدم تنوع وجبات الطعام لا سيما الفطور وافتقارها للجودة وافتقار طاقم الخدمة في المطعم الى اللياقة وحسن التعامل مع الزبائن وعدم تجهيز ساحة التنس وخدمة الواي فاي سيئة رغم كونها غير مجانية"

"Stunning hotel ,pool and beach,food cold, no king prawns as advertised,staff not trained, tables not sanitised and wiped down, rooms not cleaned well if at all, not for British people only a handful in hotel and very rude other nationality’s, staff spoke very little English,an expensive mistake for ..."
