"On the edge of national forest so monkey's come down now and then beautiful swim area. They are bungalows so if your looking for luxury maybe not the place but clean, cozy ,quiet , friendly close to market not far from beach this is the place 2nd time there will be a lot more i hope"

"Great location for a weekend trip, less than 5 minutes from the entrance of Kep National Park (where you can go for a nice hike), and a 10 minute walk to the local crab market where there are lots of good seafood restaurants. The hotel is a 10-minute tuk tuk ride to the dock where boats take you to Rabbit Island. The hotel is small, has a bar and serves a simple breakfast but has no restaurant. "Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean. We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious. "

"The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. "
