The reception staff was not particularly welcoming, and the reception area itself appeared quite dirty, which immediately affected the first impression. There also seemed to be very few staff available during our stay, possibly because there was a team-building event ongoing at the hotel.
The food experience was also disappointing. The menu choices were limited, and overall the food felt very basic for a resort of this standard. There is definitely room for improvement in both quality and variety.
