"This hotel needs to shut down. Terrible front desk staff. There was a booking error. I had driven across the state of florida arrived late at night tried to check in the imbecile at the front desk said that the reservation couldn't be canceled. I explained it was a booking error (book wrong date on my app). She said i could book a new room for that night but refused to switch the dates. I will be filing a lawsuit shortly against these criminals. I was forced to continue to drive while sleep deprived to find another place to stay since i refused to reward these criminals with my business. Stay as far away from Holiday Inn and ALL of their properties. Thanks for nothing jerks. This happened April 7 at 9.50pm. The front desk lady was an asian female. she'll also be personally sued in the lawsuit. Thanks for nothing Nightmare Inn."

"There is no sign in rooms that you will be changed for water . No one at front desk notified us about that too , why put water on table if you gonna charge 6$ for it !!! Without telling us . We didn’t find out till we checked out that we going to be charged . Also to go to pool you have to go to front desk to ask for a pool towels and when you are across the whole hotel ."

"We had a wonderful family vacation here! The property is in an excellent location with seamless, direct beach access. Every single staff member we encountered from the front desk and bell service to the valet, beach attendants, and restaurant team was absolutely amazing and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our only disappointment was with housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned when requested, and even after following up, it was only partially done. While that side of the service missed the mark, the rest of the team and the beautiful location still made for a great family getaway."
