"The building is off the beaten path & a little scary coming into in the dark, but even the back parking lot is decently lit with easy access into the building after hours. The nicest family runs the place & they weren’t just nice to me. (Someone tried to check in before me on Mom’s Weekend & that person had inadvertently booked for the wrong weekend. The hotel was booked up for Mom’s Weekend but were working to find her somewhere to stay for a reasonable price.) The double bed room was big, super clean (solid blue carpeting would show any filth & there was none), the bathroom was outdated but in good condition & again, VERY clean. It’s a straight shot to the Urbana side of UIUC (although there were at least 4 squad cars parked along 45 Saturday night of Moms Weekend… seemingly looking to catch people speeding/driving when they shouldn’t have been.) I absolutely would stay there again. "

"I found two baby roaches in The bathroom crawling around. Both nights we came back to the hotel no parking except the back of the building with. No keyed entrance, we had to walk around the entire building then our key wouldn't work each night to even get in. We had to ring the doorbell so they could rekey both cards each time. With an attitude stating keep away from phone, which was not even the case either time. "

"The room was immaculate, the parking was a breeze and I liked that it was close to Maple and Yolk. I had a great experience staying here and would choose it again. Thank you!!!"

"The room is very dated. The furniture is run down. The beds were unstable. The bathroom floor was sticky. The carpet was stained. There was pink liquid sticky spill on wall and dripped into Kleenex box that dirtied the tissue. They only had two supper thin towels. The room was not picked up the next day. Had to take my trash down the hall and had to call for towels. The tub was slippery. I would not stay again."

"The price is pretty high for a motel property that needs major updates. The wooden stairs were rotting and propped up with boards at the bottom, the tv channels barely came in and kept having weak signal, and the windows were very dirty. The only positive is it was clean and the cheapest price for the area. "
