"Lovely property, very convenient for Windermere area. It was handy that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite.
It was lacking a little in kitchen utensils if you wanted to properly self-cater. There were some odd little items missing like hand soap in the bathrooms and only one toilet roll in each room, but otherwise clean tidy. It was particularly hot when we were there, so a fan or two would have helped.
The door closers could do with adjusting - a couple of the doors slammed loudly if...

"Beautiful property, exterior looks like manor house. Well maintained private garden where you can play with your dog or have a quiet read. Ample parking. Only grouse - our windows would not open and it was a bit stifling in the heat."

"Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had all kitchen amenities. Our Apartment was very clean and spacious . There is an indoor pool that was warm and it can also be like a Jacuzzi. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay.

"Perfect quiet location not too far from shops and bars. A short journey to Bowness-On-Windermere about 5 minutes by car but very much walkable.
