The hotel was nice and quiet. The beds were super soft and the pillows were very nice. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. They were quick to restock items. We had no issues with the hotel.

The property felt almost secluded, like it was away from it all but right there at the same time. I would stay here again. The only bad thing, was no hot tub. Other than that my kids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was large, very clean and quiet. Drive-able to many great locations I wasn’t there for fun unfortunately but would come back and stay again to enjoy Kennewick.

I liked the staff. There was a moment where I felt unsafe and the front desk lady went completely out of her way to help me and make me feel secure and not alone. That was something I found very admirable and I appreciated so very much. The rooms temperature was well regulated and at a comfortable temperature. My only complaint would be the parking lot size. I have a company van and parking was very very difficult.

I was in town for work and this hotel was only 3-4 blocks from where I needed to be. It was also conveniently located near tons of dining options. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.

This is a good place for a quick night. It had nice basic amenities. It was sort of loud with a bunch of kids staying there for a tournament - it did not seem very soundproofed. The location was great.

During the week it was so quiet! The staff was great. The breakfast was convenient, waffles were fun. Nice to have fresh fruit as an option as well as cereals, breads, milk, juice and a few other things. The room was really clean.

Wonderful Hotel Stay, Again!
Another two night stay that my wife and I enjoyed staying at this Best Western Kennewick hotel. Staff are welcoming, friendly, accomodating and met all of our needs. There was ample ice for our needs and there were enough parking spaces to also meet the guests needs. Whenever you have the need for a hotel in Kennewick, I highly recommend them! Thank you.
