"This was our second time staying at the hotel. Our first visit went much better. This time our room had a big hole in the ceiling where you could see pipes, the pullout out bed felt like sleeping on a bed of rocks, the toilet was clogged and the pool was still not up and running which made our three kids very unhappy after a 13 hour day of driving. The staff however were super friendly."

"Room had waste left behind (plastic wrap, bottle caps, nicotine pouches) and coffee stains under coffee maker tray. Room had masked smoke smell on arrival. Very dated. No security door lock - looked like it had been removed. Restaurant understaffed with only one waitress. Better off having breakfast self serve."
