"We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Sydney. The check in was smooth & the room was pretty spacious equipped with a large fridge & microwave. The place is close to all amenities & about half hour drive to the city. Dont think there are any elevators which was not an issue for us but could be for people with mobility concerns. Overall, a comfortable stay."

"Room was clean, amenities were very good, and the food was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!"
