Despite daily cleaning, our room had bedbugs, and my sister got bitten all over her body. The sheets and towels were extremely worn out. The four-person room was really small, as they had just added two beds to a double room. The ventilation was very poor. I will never stay at this hotel again.

My advice to you is AVOID booking in this place! Nothing matches pictures on the website! I came late at 11 pm. One of the staff member smelled horrible. Took me to my room , on the way I found : dead cockroach , on my room door there was lizard . Inside the room the smell was horrible, bedsheets smells horrible and stained. I had to argue with none speaking English staff for half an hour to make them change them ! AC was not working . I had to wait one hour and half to get someone deal with it . Me and my children got very very disappointed. I started to cry and I believed that my kids holiday ruined. I couldn’t sleep as we were hungry as well . My sons went to the late dinner to find rotten food . I took them to nearby shop to buy crisp and water at 3 Am . I didn’t want to come back to that place but I had to as there is no roof over my sons heads accept this ! In the morning I checked at 9:30 am after my son found an eggs wheels in the breakfast . I walked out of this horrible place with nothing to do.
