We made reservation through hotel.com. 1st when we arrived at the airport, no shuttle. No international phone with us we tried to call the hotel and they said they didn't have our reservation. By ourselves we found transportation, 2h30 trip. When we,arrived they didn't find our reservation and said they couldn't do anything. We managed to call hotels.com and finally after 1hr problem was fixed. Nice hotel but they didn't clean and change sheets and towels during our stay. We had to request towels. Service is very bad and slow. All inclusive but if you want for lunch or diner a drink, water or wine, be prepared to wait until you finish your meal. Food is not at the top for this kind of hotel. Even during the day you have to wait for ever. When we left, even if we,were flexible on time, hotel was not able to provide us a shuttle. Difficulty for them to speak English.
