Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere,friendly staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean room with excellent service. Food was really good. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Fantastic stay!
We had an amazing stay here! We decided to treat ourselves to 3 nights at the all inclusive after travelling around Turkey for 10 days and we are so happy we did! The beach and pool were stunning and great to relax. The food was impressive and there was so much choice (even for a vegan like me!) and we found the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend to others. Yes there is music and it can be loud, but we still found it easy to relax and it had a really great atmosphere. I would come back again!

Had one week vacation with my family at the resort. Pros: 1. Excellent food: Stuff at the kitchen was doing very well. Variety and quality was above excellence. 2. Friendly Stuff: Every stuff was welcoming and making sure that we are having good time. 3. Entertainment: This is the best part. This hotel attracts all kind of tourists: from families with bunch of kids to young single active fellas. Every disco or dancing show was suitable for everybody. Everyday different program. Very modern and energising 6 out of 5 to entertainment department💪 Cons. I wish management would invest more in hotel rooms and plumbing. You can tell that its newly remodelled facility but in a cheap way. 1. Drain is smelly: if you keep bathroom open and balcony closed, entire room will have weird smell. Might bother people with sensitive nose. 2. Mattresses and pillows are poor quality. If you sensitive to this things you may have sleep issues. I guess you can't have everything. And In my opinion this hotel has very good price/quality ratio. Thank you to all hotel stuff for wonderfull stay. I'm definitely consider to come back some time.

Terrible Customer Service
Hotel staff wasn’t very accommodating. A friend of mine made the reservation for the week before not realizing that we didn’t arrive until this week. They didn’t offer any assistance other than we could just rebook and pay all over again. Being that it was already 9pm and I was in the middle of no where, I just rebooked. Then once we finally re-booked they take me to a dirty room that hasn’t been cleaned. So they then have to find another room to put me into. Overall the customer service wasn’t the best. Also the location is ideal if you’d like to get out and see things you are very far away from everything. When I return to turkey I would not stay here again and I also wouldn’t recommend this place.

Super clean hotel, cleaning crew was working very hard to keep the hotel/beach clean, food was tasty, animation team was good unfortunately costumer service was bad especially at the food court. There was 3 times I waited 30 minutes for the server and never came to take my order, multiple times at the buffet restaurant I would eat without anything to drink. I suggest just place some drinks where costumers can go get their own drink like it’s for tea and coffee.

Very noisy hotel!
PROs - good coffee in main lobby bar - helpful personal - fresh orange juice every morning - food overal was good CONs - Poor quality of room cleaning (leak of personal) - VERY NOISY -- Room is not noise isolated at all - you will hear everything what is going on in other rooms - like children crying or couple having s*x. --- Every day is partying on the stage till midnight! Every day!!! It is insane, as you want to sleep and you just can't because even if you will close all windows, you will hear basses on you room like you are on the stage!

We made reservation through hotel.com. 1st when we arrived at the airport, no shuttle. No international phone with us we tried to call the hotel and they said they didn't have our reservation. By ourselves we found transportation, 2h30 trip. When we,arrived they didn't find our reservation and said they couldn't do anything. We managed to call hotels.com and finally after 1hr problem was fixed. Nice hotel but they didn't clean and change sheets and towels during our stay. We had to request towels. Service is very bad and slow. All inclusive but if you want for lunch or diner a drink, water or wine, be prepared to wait until you finish your meal. Food is not at the top for this kind of hotel. Even during the day you have to wait for ever. When we left, even if we,were flexible on time, hotel was not able to provide us a shuttle. Difficulty for them to speak English.

Everything was really good except, too much music which is not always good. You want to enjoy the seaview, read a book or just talk with your friends without too much disco music. They should restrict the timing to a few hours in a day.

Super nice family hotel!
You won't be disappointed,they are all nice people working at Grand Park,they make everthing easy for you,checking time was 2pm but we showed up at 9 am so we had to wait for our room, but,you can not compare Turkish hospitality any where in the world,we were allowed to access everything from the free buffet to the pool which we saved almost a day for our vacation thanks a bunch to Mr. Turan at the front desk and others helped us a lot,so I should mention that very clean place and variety of delicious Turkish food also thanks so much to Mr.Serkan the food and beverage manager that he makes your life easier.the swimming pools and the beach were spectacular.I assure you that you will love this family resort.

Çok keyifli bir tatil
Eşimle birlikte günü birlik bir seyahat için tercih ettik. Otelin çalışanları çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlü. Oteldeki tüm sosyal ve özel alanlar gayet titiz bir şekilde temizlenmiş ve düzenli olarak da temizliği, kontrolü yapılıyor. Yemekler gerçekten çok iyiydi. Ayrıca deniz ayaklarınızın dibinde. Daha uzun tatiller için de tercih edilebilecek çok nezih bir otel

Отличный отель! Номера чистые, свежие, вкусная еда в фуд корте. Очень понравилось в спа. В общем одни положительные эмоции!
