There was quite a large amount of sugar ants throughout the apartment and the 2nd bedroom had a broken slider and would not shut. Many dishes were also needed to be pre-ran thru the dishwasher as they were left dirty from a previous guest. Overall a decent location and cool terrace, but for the cost was disappointed with the unit that we had.

Everything about location & cleanliness was excellent including the sweet young lady who served us when we asked. Checking in is a problem & our card keys consistently didn’t work. It was frustrating. However we do love Kelowna & will be back.
