"Clean room and friendly staff "

"I did not get any housekeeping services over the course of a three night stay and, ultimately, had to call down to get clean towels. Otherwise my stay was excellent."

"Single woman traveler. There was construction going on so there was some tarps lining some hallways and construction dust. I had to park around back beside the dumpsters and use the side door and it didn’t feel very ‘safe’. Room was dated and cracked. Not super clean, as there were ‘wipe marks’ on the counters and built up crud in the corners. Stained tiles. Fridge didn’t work so I pulled it out to see if it was plugged in and the amount of dirt and trash under it was disgusting. Carpet felt crunchy. Bed was comfy and looked clean. Receptionist was nice. "

"There was no airport shuttle like advertised, so i was charged a ridiculous price from taxi for airport fee. "

"Not recommended. Room close to adjoining restaurant was subject to constant music all until 10pm. Older outdated hotel and furniture. Staff unpleasant and not customer oriented. Some of the pool areas were not working."

"The room was very spacious and the bed was thr most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. "

"The Arms building was lovely, big soaker tub and separate shower. Lovely bed and bedding. Beautiful view and surroundings. Lake Side dining room was lovely."

"The customer service was excellent, room was very clean, bed was EXTREMELY comfy, and we got a free upgraded room which was nice! We also were able to get a slightly longer checkout time and that helped us a lot. We found out that for future trips, we can bring our bunnies! So that’s a huge plus. Overall we are very happy with this hotel and will stay there again."
