"Every LaQuinta is different. The staff has always been friendly. This LaQuinta had the strangest floor plan, elevator was a good walk away from the front desk. Entry doors to rooms were like a v shape not side by side not very private. Hallways were dark colored. Room was large enough beds were ready for new mattresses. Ok for an overnight and there is shuttle service to airport."

She went above and beyond to help me and my mom, including making sure our rooms were beside each other, which truly meant a lot to us. "Front desk staff is practically null. Also left my room without housekeeping one day. Told them, didn’t even care about it. Also didn’t care about trying to do a late check out. Little perks that a 5 star hotel shouldnt pass unnoticed. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great place. "

"I was surprised at how comfortable the pillows and beds were. Most of the time whenever I go to any hotel I can’t sleep because the bed and pillows are trash, NOT HERE! I slept like a baby and that rarely happens. The staff was amazing, helpful and flexible. "
