"When checking in the front desk kady was busy on her phone. She acted put out with my question. I was there for one night suprising my daughter she was getting proposed to. Iasked if my room was close to hers and she said she didnt know. Like she couldnt look her up and tell me. Later we were hungry we asked where was a good place to go eat and she said she would go home, seriously we arent from around there she couldnt suggest something? Our refrigerator wasnt working it was rusted we only had enough for 1 person to have coffeein our room and we wasnt about to ask the front desk."

"This place was nothing like the pictures. None of the gym cardio equipment worked. The doors wouldn’t close properly, water pressure wasn’t good, elevator terrifying the last 3” down, breakfast wasn’t great missing condiments. Smell in the lobby wasn’t good "

"Greeted by every staff member we encountered. The warm cookies were a very nice touch! The bathtub was scratched on the bottom. The pillows were not comfortable for me but my husband had no problem with them. The sofa in the living area was comfortable as a sofa but we did not use it as a bed. Overall, a good stay. "

"The staff at the front desk polite & helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I got 2 rooms for my Mom and brother & they both said the beds were very comfortable. "

"first room that we were in smelled like mildew and the window was open. All the hot air was coming in so we got our room changed, but the bathtub looked dirty and the next morning there was no available free breakfast because the person who cooked called in sick we did not get any compensation."
