The only problem was our room had a light bulb that was out, and the shade was broken, we were unable to put the shade up. We did report this to the front desk in the morning. "Our room was a standard hotel room but when we walked in the tv was on and the previous families food was still in our fridge. I had encounters with 3 of the front desk staff and 2 out of the 3 were so helpful and nice and the other was not and acted like we were more of an inconvenience. The breakfast was good and they kept it stocked. The hot tub was not clean looking and the water was not very hot. I would not let my kids get in it. Over all my stay was ok but I would not stay here again."

"The carpet in the hotel needs some updated looked very well worn. The office chair in the room should be thrown out - very old and rickety. I asked for towels as they did not clean the room and I was told I had to ask to have the room cleaned -they only clean every 3 days ?!?!? The breakfast was good as it had my favorite donuts !!! Good location for the trolley !!"
