Our bathroom and entry floors were filthy! Crumbs and little black hairs everywhere!! The top of the bathroom counter backsplash had dirt all over it, which can only happen if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. For the price we paid this was unacceptable. Despite being a near totally empty hotel, I was placed next to the only other booked room of guests. They opened their doors over and over all night, making sleep difficult.
