Everything! Everyone was so friendly and professional ! Shantell was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping us book our excursions. Our Housekeeper was amazing and left our room immaculate ! The Bellmen super nice and helpful and friendly. Overall , I give the Hotel a 10 !

Aston Kaanapali Shores
The property was very nice, better than I expected. The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating. The room was a little dated and I didn’t like that the door to the room had about 1” of space on the bottom that was not covered. Light, bugs, and geckos could get in. But overall it was great ...
