"The property itself exceeded expectations, and the breakfast buffet was a standout highlight—exceptional in quality, variety, and taste. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable bedding, excellent bathroom amenities, and a strong in-room dining offering. However, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent service. The front desk team, in particular, was disappointing—the manager did not follow up on a concern raised or provide the information promised. Additionally, a late-night disturbance from housekeeping, who rang the doorbell multiple times due to a room mix-up, was both inconvenient and avoidable. While the hotel excels in its physical offerings and dining, improvements in service—especially at the front desk and housekeeping—are needed to match the otherwise high standard of the property."

Everyone from the person who opens the Gate, Opens the Door at Security, Front Desk, Cleaning Crews and all of the Staff in the Restaurant on the 9th Floor are a joy - Always Smiling, Always enquiring as to what I need. Unbelievable Customer Service to everyone - A great Testament to the Legacy of the Late Mr. Ratan Tata.
