Bed sheets and towels weren’t clean. The staff at the reception was also not very pleasing. They flatly refused to give us a delayed (2 hrs max) checkout. They were also reluctant to provide us the bill copy. On the other side, the food was very tasty and reasonable. Hotel location is very good.
