Stayed for few nights to visit Vaishnao Devi shrine. Hotel is conveniently located with in few minutes of drive from the temple. The hotel provided free shuttle to the temple with very minimal wait. Room was very clean. Restaurant was clean, hygienic and food was excellent. Restaurant staff were friendly and courteous. Front desk staff were very helpful in taking care of our needs promptly.

Hotel is centrally located. Staff at the reception and restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant area needs to be maintained clean. Quality of food is good.

Surprisingly nice experience !!

Surprisingly clean and well appointed room. Staff need some mentoring which can match the property. Staff needs some knowledge to provide professional help. Food is awsum but they need to learn making good tea.
