I had really pleasant stay in this hotel . Bed was very comfortable, basic but new design of the room, great location and walking distance to the Center and just 5min walk to the train station. Good Wi-Fi as well .

A great Katowice hotel
This was a great hotel. Well located only a few minutes by foot from the station. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. They also coped very well with having to serve the buffet breakfast because of the pandemic. I would definitely stay again

The location is excellent and there is much to do nearby. The busy railroad line is fun to watch and the soundproofing makes sleeping peaceful.

Very clean, efficient, minimalistic. Just what you need when you are by yourself and not on any "romantic" getaway but just want a nice clean stay to sleep for the night. Well located close to the railway station. Nice view of trains from that side of the building, if you like trains (I do).

A basic three-star hotel in good location
Good three star standards, not close to four-star, comfortable rooms but the lack of service, smile and welcome from all staff. The bathroom was very smelly all three nights, no one cleans the room in all three-night stay, facilities ok hot nowhere close to your star hotel, no even one person smiles or says hi. Location pretty good in the centre, good for a basic stay but if you expect four-star service there is a much better option in Katowice for a similar price.Food in the restaurant not really good, overcooked and luck of test with a premium price tag.

Arrived at the hotel at 03:15. I informed the receptionist I'd like to pay the extra 50zl for early checkin (this is what I normally pay during my previous visit). The receptionist was unable to find the rsvp due to an Expedia error. I told the receptionist that I'll rebook the room through Expedia, she replied she can do it for me and it'd be cheaper. The receptionist asked what night would I like to book and I informed her from the 10 - 12. The receptionist agreed and stated that she wouldn't charge me for the early checkin but she could only give me a key to turn on the room lights and that her colleague would let me into the room and that I would need to come back for a key at noon. I said okay gave her the 450 + zloty for the 10-12 and was escorted to the room. Later that morning I went out of the hotel for a few drinks and arrived back at 6/7 am would a bloody eye from a fall on the street. I attempted to get the staff to let me in my room but issues arised and some words was exchanged due to the concussion I had and a ptsd trigger. Finally someone took me to my room. The next day on the 11th someone called me and said it's past noon and you need to check out. I informed the lady I paid until the 12th and what the earlier receptionist agreed to, but she did not believe from the earlier confrontation that had taken place. At this point my clothes was at the dry cleaners, which they couldnt get back to me until the 12th and basically told me that I needed to pay again.

This is a new hotel hence everything in the hotel is clean and new. The staff is extremely lovely including the breakfast crew. Everyone is so efficient, especially housekeeping. You can put up a sign for cleaning the room and go down for breakfast. By the time you return to your room, it is all made up. I have never had this experience in all the hotels I stayed at in the world. Like most reviewers, the breakfast spread at this hotel is above exemplary. This hotel was walking distance to the big shopping mall, the Christmas Market and the conference venue for COP24. I am so glad I got this hotel.
