"A beautiful hotel set with old style quality! Our room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely big tub to have a soak and a good sized shower. We ate in dinner at Darleys restaurant which is superb. The breakfast was a little disappointing for such an up class hotel...apart from that we had a wonderful stay at Lilianfells!"

"Here's a more polished version of your review: Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pleasant property, with the main house exuding charm and elegance. However, as we made our way to the lodges, we noticed some litter in the parking area, likely left behind by housekeeping. Unfortunately, this initial impression extended to the lodges themselves, which seemed to lack some much-needed care and attention. The exterior could benefit from a thorough cleaning, while the interior, particularly the loft...

"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "
