"This property is nice enough in itself, with good a/c, but the location is not what I was expecting. It's not super far from the airport, but it's also not close to the Black Sea beaches, which I thought it would be. It's also very far from Trabzon, largely because of the heavy traffic, and while there are buses and minibuses, it's confusing to use them, but taxis are not cheap either. The area is very urban and heavily trafficked, but isn't walkable to anything."

"Hello everyone,
We stayed two nights. There was no cleaning while we were there, and you have to wait a long time for the elevator.
The power goes out constantly. The overhead fountain doesn't work while I'm showering in the bathroom.
Breakfast was okay, but there was no coffee to drink. When we asked for coffee, they told us it was Turkish coffee, it was an extra, and the price was 100 TL."

A beautiful hotel located on the main street, very close to the airport, and right behind it is the lovely Trabzon beach.
I stayed for two nights before my flight and had a relaxing and pleasant experience.
• The apartment was spacious and quiet
• Excellent sound insulation
• Comfortable bed
• Friendly reception, and the café owner kindly offered me tea as a welcoming gesture
Overall, it’s a great stay — especially if you’re looking for peace and convenience before your flight.
Only downside: Very limited parking, and their only solution is to leave your car key at the front desk in case they need to move it."
"Hotel has swimming pool, suna, steam room and Gym free to use for guests, I really enjoyed it and all such facilities were open from 7am to 10pm so plenty of time to relax and enjoy all of them. Breakfast was delicious and so many options available. What really impressed me that Hotel management has a programme for special needs people individual to work in different departments, for example there was a special need waiter serving the guests during breakfast time, he was very pleasant and taking pride in his work. Cleaning can be improved, there were marks on sofas, and carpet, small amount of mould building up on tiles in bathroom
They charged extra for water bottles to be provided in the room, in my opinion water bottles must be free for guests
