"Der Unterkunft wurde übergebucht und wir wurden angerufen und gesagt dass die Villa nicht mehr verfügbar ist obwohl wir bezahlt haben den ganzen geld und dann 5 stunde warten haben die uns in einer hässlichkeit unterkunft mit armeisen zusammen zu leben. Die villa wurde gebucht für sechs personen und die neue unterkunft war einfach ein zimmer wohnung für 6 Personen, einfach schrecklich. Unsers ganz geld ist weg umsonst. "

I loved my seaside view room, I slept soundly on the bed, and enjoyed a nice breakfast with plenty of options in the morning. "This was one of the most beautiful hotels my daughter and I stayed in during our time in Zakynthos. The views were amazing. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We always returned to a clean room with fresh towels. The hotel does not have a elevator and we were staying on the 3rd floor but one of the staff members carried our luggage for us!! The two restaurants in front of the hotel also offered amazing meals. I would definitely stay there again!!"
