Everything was very clean and neat. Amazing city and water views from my balcony. The staff was super attentive and welcoming. Perfect location, easy walk to anything. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't understand I would essentially had no view. I was only 1 night so it wasn't a big deal but if I'd have stay longer, I would have insisted on a different room.

Loved the hotel, and the staff. I rated 4/5 because there were not enough vegan options for breakfast (the cost of breakfast is included in the room rate). Also, it was difficult to find parking. The lot that the hotel recommends was full, on 2 different days, so we had to find street parking and risk getting a ticket.

"This place is so lovely, the staff, the location, the pool, the regular daily cleaning, the towel changes, the food, the sea view,the beaches and the village nearby is lovely …if you want somewhere away from the crazy crowds but still access to all Cretan tourist sights by car and plenty of local ..."

"The kitchen and bathroom were outdated. Lots of bugs on porch that were coming into room and vent in bathroom. Mattresses to twin beds pushed into one were very hard. Pool was very clean. Plenty of parking across busy street onto beach. Staff was nice."
