Very nice hotel. But We weren't told though that our room was above the bar and there is a band from 9pm to late. Wish we had be warned. We like to go to sleep early.

Quaint Victoria style hotel. Small rooms - no closet to hang cloths a couple of hooks. Pub down stairs had limited menu.

What a great place to stay. We had a fabulous view from our balcony of the lake. Our room was spacious and very clean, and all the staff were super friendly, we cant wait to stay here again.

The hotel is a historical structure that has been completely refinished and updated. The rooms were spacious and the queen beds and pillows checked all the boxes for comfort. The bar and restaurant downstairs offered a nice place to dine without having to leave the hotel

This was our 2nd stay and it was great! We love coming to Kaslo, it’s such a beautiful and quiet town. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, and the staff is always so friendly. We love the hot tub, you book a time slot and get it all to yourself for an hour. The restaurant has both great food and drinks, and the bluebelle for breakfast near by is always great too. We will definitely be back!

We paddled a canoe from across the lake and spent Christmas Eve there. It was amazing, lake view, wrap around deck. I loved it. Staff were wonderful.

Nicely restore hotel. A lively restaurant bar offering a fine drink and meal selections. Our room was on the main floor past the bar,kitchen,offices behind a privacy door. Absolute quiet, comfortably large room with a full balcony overlooking the lake. Mini fridge, coffee teas or hot chocolate. Perfect get away hotel.

Beautiful historic hotel with a fantastic lake and mountain view. Bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom updated. High ceiling, lots of windows and a spacious balcony facing the lake.

Cute area, great hotel!
The outside of the hotel reminds me of New Orleans. Beautifully situated overlooking Kootenay Lake and surrounded by mountains. There's also a great restaurant/pub right in the hotel, with a brew pub 2 minutes away. The rooms are huge! Large balcony, big room, huge bathroom, big TV, fast internet. This place has it all. Not to mention wonderful staff members. I'll stay here again for sure!!

Perfect end of summer getaway!
We enjoyed every moment of our stay! The check in was quick and easy, service from everybody was helpful and friendly, the room was beautiful and spotless, the bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and the mussels were to die for. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful views over lake and mountains from room. With a restaurant on-site, it would be convenient to have a breakfast option available - especially on a stat holiday when all options, except one, are closed. Teresa's did a great breakfast sandwich that thankfully was available.

One night stay. Pros: Stunning location, charming town, amazing views of Kootenay Lake, historic hotel, completely renovated. Excellent room, excellent customer service. Ate at the hotel restaurant - food was delicious, but quite slow service - busy night? Cons: only 2 small things - pillows hard (no feather pillow options, which is standard in a hotel of this caliber), and TV was not working at all. Front desk aware and helpful but was not fixed.

Thank you so much for your review :) We appreciate your feedback. Our apologies for the slow service. We use hypoallergenic pillows, we avoid feather pillows & scents for people with allergies. Yes we have been having problems with our Satellites, we finally have a tech coming out this week to fix it. We hope you will come back and stay with us again one day.
