"This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay."

"フロントの方は親切丁寧。階段近くに段差があるので、何度か転びそうになって危険だった。
部屋まで行く際、屋根はあるものの外通路に出るので、雨で濡れていて、スリッパ移動の子供が転んだ。雨が降っていたので露天風呂が入れず残念だった。大浴場は子どもが入りやすい温度だった。
