"We were delighted with the property, amenities, and the staff. There was easy off street parking behind the property, something that is rare in the area. The property is just above the downtown area and walking about town was easy from the location. The small pebble beach was very close to the property and we swam there when we just had a little spare time. The room was fantastic, with a little outdoor private sitting area. Breakfast was great with rotating foods. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. They used WhatsApp to keep in contact and had several good suggestions for things to do and see. They also helped us in making plans for excursions at prices that were better than what you would find in the downtown area. This property is a gem in the beautiful city of Kas that we would return to in a heartbeat. No reason to look further than Hotel Luna Kas. "This place is conveniently located but has NO PARKING NO ELEVATOR, every day was hard to go up and down 3 floors, another terrible thing there is no parking at all in the hotel, if you have mobility problems this is not a hotel for you. Breakfast was great with lots of options."

"Great hotel with amazing customer service. Our only complaints: 1) The bed was very uncomfortable. They combined 2 twin beds to make a queen like bed. We kept falling between the mattresses. It was like sleeping separately from my husband. 2) The room is too small to move around. We had 2 big luggages and had to hop over them constantly to move in the room. 3) The remote control and phone did not work. 4) Shower slide was off the hook and not closing. Regardless of all the inconveniences we have experienced, we must say that the room was very clean and the crew bent backwards to help us with every need. I would definitely stay here again."
