I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even repaired our car for us because we were scared to park on the hill. Nothing can beat the view that opens up from every place on the property. The owner himself kept checking on us during our stay; you could really see that they put a lot of effort into guest satisfaction.

not in a condition to receive guests

In first instance the place looks nice as it has a lot of green and flowers. But if you’re not ready to receive guests then do not accept a booking. There is a lot of cleaning up to do and maintenance is bad. The rooms were clean but very smelly due to moulds. Lots of moulds everywhere.

Muhteşem

Her yaz Kaş Yarımada'ya gelirim. Civardaki otellerin çoğunda konakladım. Bu yaz ilk defa kızımla geldim ve bu yüzden deniz ve yüzme güvenliğini önceliğime aldım. Kızımla 5 gece kaldık. Deniz manzaralı odamız harikaydı, özellikle sabahın erken saatlerinde oturup kuş seslerini dinlemek çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltıdan ve otel personelinin güler yüzlü, yardımsever tavılarlarından çok memnun olduk. Otelin kendi plajı olması ve deniz muhteşemdi ve küçük çocukların bile yüzmesi için çok güvenliydi. Çok doğru bir seçim yapmışız, ileriki senelerde tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Konum ve deniz çok iyi, temizlik berbat, odalar rutubet kokuyor, kahvaltı aşırı vasat, kahvaltı alınan yer pis, havuzun su şırıltı sesi odanın içinde resmen, çok güzel bi konumu olan otelde malesef bakım, hizmet ve temizlik sıfır. Fiyat performans olarak bile değerlendirilemeyecek kadar kötü bi deneyimdi. Heryer beyaz boyalı olduğu için fotolarda güzel görünüyor ama gerçekte olan aşırı rutubet kokulu, ışıksız ve ses yalıtımsız odalar, kirli kahvaltı alanı, gördüğüm en vasat kahvaltı. Tek güzel olan konum ve deniz.

Harika konuma sahip bir otel

Karşılamadaki bayan resepsiyonda çok iyidi,servis biraz zayıfdı, yine de iyi niyetlerinden ötürü herhangi bir şikayetim olmadı. Yemekler iyi , atmosfer çok güzel ancak kahvaltıyı biraz daha geliştirmeleri lazım. Otelin yöneticiliği bir profesyonele bırakılmalı, sahibi tarafından yapılıyor. Dolaysıyla biraz amatörce işleyiş var. Evet çok büyük bir otel değil ancak çok daha iyi bir konuma gelebilecek bir otel. Bunu bir profesyonel otwl yöneticisi olarak söylüyorum.

İki tek kişilik yatak istememize rağmen tek çift kişilik yataklı oda verildi. Oda oldukça küçük ve imkanları yetersizdi. Otelin tek avantajı kendisine ait beach’e sahip olması. Bir gecelik konaklama yaptığımız için sorun etmedik ama uzun süreli konaklama için tahsis edilen koşullar sorun yaratabilirdi.

Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum. Ama iyi bir deneyim değildi o kesin. Sadece resepsiyondaki çalışan arkadaşlarımız kibar insanlar onu söyleyebilirim. Yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Ancak otelin daha çok yönetimsel problemleri var. Bir kere çok eski bir otel ve belli ki klima bakımları yapılmıyor. İkinci gece klimamız bozuldu ve boş odaları olmadığı icin bizi baska bir villaya aldılar. Ama bu durum öğlen haber vermemize rağmen gece 12 sularında gerçekleşti ve perişan halde oda bulmaya calıstık koca villada. Yerleştiğimiz odada ampuller vs çalışmıyordu, banyoda ışık yoktu vs ama en azından klima ile uyuyup ertesi gün erkenden yola çıkabilmek adına o kadarına ses çıkarmadık. Klimaların filtreleri kesinlikle temizlenmiyor bu da problem yaratıyor belli. Dediğim gibi resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar kibar ve yardımcı ancak otel başı boş bırakılmış. Patronların umurunda bile değil bence cünkü otelin gerekli bakımı kesinlikle sağlanamıyor.

Otelin manzarası mükemmel ona diyecek söz yok. Ama kahvaltısı yetersiz. Kahvaltı masasına bir vazo ve yapay çiçek koymuşlar örümcek ağı tutmuş. Zaten kahvaltı cılızdı üzerine örümcek iştah bırakmadı. Oda, banyo çok küçük hareket alanı kısıtlı.
