The pickup and drop-offs from the airport went smoothly. My only concern was that the bedroom was upstairs from the bathroom and we had to make multiple trips down the stairs at night with no handrail. Had I known this, I would have tried to find out if there were other configurations that everything was on the same floor. That's not an issue for younger folks, but we are in our 70's and it was an issue for us. "
