"This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "

I’m quite sporty, so I had no problem climbing up to the fourth floor, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind. The staff were truly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful! "Tesis fotoğraflarda gösterildiği kadar yeni ve konforlu değil. Odalar sigara kokuyor. Havlular eski. Banyoda su az akıyor. Sabah 10:00’a kadar olan kahvaltıyı 09:40 restoranda olmamıza rağmen toplanmış bulduk. Bize tabak ile kahvaltı servisi yapıldı. Sezon ortası bina içinde ve dışında tadilat yapılması otelin ne kadar kötü yönetildiğinin göstergesi. Zaten 1 ay sonra sezon kapanmasından dolayı misafir sayısı minimuma inecektir. Şehir merkezinin de dışında olması hizmet, konfor, hijyen...
