"OMG, what a complete c**phole of a place. RUN don't walk from here. The photo's they have are NOTHING like what the place actually is. Pickup service is complete BS (they don't actually have, even if they did, their number never works, so you can schedule it anyway). Cost 200rs more for airport taxi (that was 400rs fixed) because they couldn’t find the place and tried to call # on hotels.com and it was disconnected. "Absolutely incredible stay—honestly nicer than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed at, and for only ~$30 a night. The hotel is extremely new and spotless, the staff went above and beyond, and the service was flawless. They even stored my luggage for over a week while I traveled north for a yoga retreat (completely free), and welcomed me back again before my flight home. Amazing room service, delicious food, and overall an exceptional experience."
