Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL! Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available. One full bathroom; would be nice with additional 1/2 bath or another full bath for our 5-per party. Elevators on site, good for heavy luggage. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location with very nice views.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. A drinking glass in the room had lipstick on it. Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving. Internet was splotchy. Spacious room and nice pool/sauna/quiet room.

First, you need to walk many stairs with your heavy suitcases before you get to the elevator. The spa area and the reception areas did not look very attractive. The pool is small. Also located on the steep heal - prepare to walk. We stayed in the deluxe room - spacious, good size bathroom. Very good breakfast. Staff speaks mostly Czech and Russian. If you are an English speaker only, you will have some difficulties communicating. However, we speak Russian, so for us it was just fine.

Kein Roomservice, obwohl Zeichen herausgehängt, während die Serviceleistungen auf dem Flur waren….. :-(( Beim Frühstück wurde einem das Geschirr bereits eine halbe Stunde vor „Ende“ weggezogen. P.S.: Massage war „natürlich“ auch nicht Buchhändler = alles ausgebucht…. => viel versprechen - wenig halten……

A ostentatious option

The hotel largely lived up to its promise. A short uphill walk from the town centre, more gaudy than grand in appearance. The Presidential Suite is huge, with grand views over much of the town. Even so, there was no milk provided for coffee and you even had to pay for coffee pods from the mini bar! The gym was pathetic but the pool area was nice, small and seemingly recently renovated. The sauna is only on at night. VERY limited parking is available on-site (not suitable for huge vehicles) and I would suggest reserving in advance.

Horrible customer service

This is the worst hotel I´ve ever been to! The only good things about this place were the big room and the interior. The hotel was very hard to reach by car, because the streets are extremely steep and narrow. There was supposed to be parking space at the hotel, but all of the 4 parking lots were reserved (surprise) so we had to leave our car to a chargeable parking garage far from the hotel. And when we finally got to the hotel, there was no one at the reception so we had to wait for the check in for a while. Actually, the reception and the lobby were empty most of the time. And there was only one employee who spoke English, the others didn´t understand a word. If someone happened to be laying behind the reception desk, they didn´t greet us - not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was mostly meat and sweet pastries. As a vegetarian I would like to have more healthy options. The only vegetable was tomatoes with onions - again I was expecting more. The Spa was also very disappointing: there was only 1 lousy pool with cold water in it. And the sauna was of course for extra charge. This hotel will charge you for everything! For example, there was an electric kettle in the room, but they charged for every tee we drank (normally it´s incl. in the price). And they charged us 9 € extra because I decided to pay our bill in CZK (normally it´s cheaper to pay in CZK instead of €), so I left the hotel very angry. Please, do yourself a favour and choose another hotel!

泊車要比錢，連茶包都要收錢，超計較。 除左景靚，房間整潔之外，都無咩特別吸引。泳池超細，同想像中的溫泉酒店完全唔同，只有spa就叫溫泉。哈哈，笑左。

Ringe spaforhold - gode værelser

Spapersonalet virkede som om de ikke gad at arbejde der, dette kom til udtryk i dårlig service, en time behandlinger der varede 45 min og i det hele taget havde man indtrykket af at de bare skulle blive færdige. Spa'en kan derfor absolut ikke anbefales, specialt når man tænker på hvor mange andre gode alternativer der er i byen. Hotellet som sådan var OK, værelserne var rene og store. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god og kaffen var sur:) Alt i alt - vil vi nok vælge et af de mange andre fine hoteller en evt anden gang.

美麗的小鎮旅錧

此旅錧坐落在小鎮中心教堂的山坡上，離鎮中心很近，旅錧乾淨舒適，很溫馨我們住二晚，感覺很好。值得一提的是櫃台介紹我們山坡上面的一家傳統捷克的餐廳，豬腳和肉串非常好吃，價格幾乎是山下的一半，所以我們吃了好多餐呢。推薦

Nicht für Geschäftsteisende geeignet

Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer Strasse mit 23% Gefälle. Die Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen unfreundlich, als ich darum bat, den Wagen für mich 100 Meter rückwärts in die vorgesehene Parkbucht einzuparken. Auch an den folgenden Tagen brachte sie kaum eine Begrüssung über die Lippen. Das Frühstück wird erst ab 8 Uhr serviert, daher ist das Hotel für Geschäftsreisende nicht geeignet.

"Schlosspark"

Nun, ich suchte vergeblich den "Park". Das Hotel liegt an einer 20%-Gefälle-off-rad-Kopfsteinpflasterstraße. Der Eingang schwer zu finden; nur ca. 4-5 Parkplätze. Das Hotel ist nagelneu saniert und die Zimmer sind schön. Wie lange noch?? Denn der Service ist sehr dürftig: Pool und Saune mußte man selbst anschalten und benützbar machen. Deutsch wird kaum gesprochen, Englisch gar nicht. Das Hotel ist in Schrift und Sprache auf Russen ausgerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet ist dürftig.
