"We had a perfect stay at ibis Auckland Airport. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, providing everything we needed for a great night's rest before our flight. The location is excellent—just an easy walking distance from the airport, making it incredibly convenient without the need for transportation. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the entire check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. If you're looking for a comfortable, modern, and convenient hotel near Auckland Airport, ibis Auckland Airport is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We only stayed in the hotel for a few hours at night between flights in Auckland. Hotel has a free shuttle. Our room was large, clean and well equipped, as was the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful although the middle of the night!"

"Good location, close to the airport. Reasonable rates. Very clean. Good air-conditioning. Unfortunately when we arrived it took us approximately 12 tries to get the lock box open to access our key. There was another family having the same problem. There was no reply to the number supplied if we had difficulty. We worked out that some of the numbers were only connecting intermittently. Also, and no fault of the motel, there was a very noisy group partying outside until very late. However, we will be staying there again for value, location and cleanliness."
