"It was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was terrific. A walk around the corner, and you see the castle. Fresh produce and tea house nearby. The staff was exceptional. The price was very reasonable when I rented it, but it is likely more during busy seasons. Still, I highly recommend it. The old architecture makes you feel like you are staying in an ancient castle. "

"No wifi on room. Unconcerned. No hot water in shower. Fixed but only the next day. Shower lacked caulk so water went everywhere. Buffet breakfast everything cold. Cold scrambled eggs. Not room temp. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "

I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. " Wir waren als Familie mit insgesamt vier Zimmern angereist. Schon bei der Ankunft begann der Ärger: Zum Check-in mussten wir je nach Person zwischen 20 Minuten und einer Stunde an der Rezeption warten. Dann der nächste Schock – unsere Zimmer lagen verteilt auf die 1. und 3. Etage. Bei 40 °C Außentemperatur war der Aufzug außer Betrieb. Das bedeutete: Koffer und Taschen selbst schleppen und täglich mehrmals die Treppen hoch und runter. Das Gebäude ist – bis auf die Zimmer – nicht klimatisiert....
