"Food was very good and service was also very good as you would expect. The air conditioning in our room was not working. We were told several different reasons by different people but it could not be fixed during the time we were at the hotel. Given that we do not speak Turkish and the staff did not speak English, it was difficult to communicate and the personnel at the hotel did their best."
