"The hotel gave us an accessible room as it was the last standard room available however we were not told on Expedia this is the room we were booking. This room is at the back of hotel, ground floor and surrounded by the car park with metal stair case next to the room. It was noisy, lacked privacy (had to close curtains in the day time) and a little shabby. The only way we could move was pay for an upgrade. "

She went out of her way to ask about our car situation (I had called earlier to say we may not make the booking) Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with. We have loved all of our stays at Distinction :)"
