"As always neatly maintained and had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the staff was incredibly attentive, and every detail reflected true luxury. The service exceeded my expectations, making my visit both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience.I always prefer to stay in Radisson coimbatore whenever I visit coimbatore for any official or family visit."

"We were rather disappointed by the overall management and stay. The governor of another state was at the property when we checked in. There was no care for other guests. We were not attended to, no welcome, no smiling faces. Nothing. We came after a long drive from Ooty and had to do everything ourselves until we asked for help. Staff looked visibly uninterested. The only staff who were helpful and made the stay pleasant were Ashly and Veena or Veni (if Im not wrong) there were the same shift on 7th April. Room was clean but glasses were dirty. Conditioner was in the soap dispenser and soap was in the conditioner dispenser. A room service coffee order took 40minutes to come and the staff went to the wrong room because he was informed wrongly. And that took another 10 minutes. It was pretty sad experience for such a reputable property. "

"Bridget was the most pleasant and helpful. She made the experience so pleasant. We had a mosquito situation outside the hotel, in the lobby and even in our room. She immediately got pest control to our room. And explained that the fumigation triggered the situation. The issue was not big compared to how she handled it professionally. We loved the breakfast. Rooms were clean and perfect. We felt very welcomed. Our kids loved the property and Bridget :) "

"This hotel needs a massive update. Our room is very dated and old, there was garbage in the corner, where the curtains are, and this was not removed and it is in general need of a massive upgrade. This is not what I expected of the Le Meridien brand. Also, the reviews do not reflect the current state of the hotel.. I would not recommend this and suggest it is a three star at best. Also, the food was not great. We ordered pakoras for lunch and they were cold. Staff were nice but no one went out out of their way. "

"I had booked this room for my father . When they reqched the hotel, the caretaker told him that no payment or booking had been received. After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . They told my father that a room wasn't available and asked my father for a 1000 Rs deposit for another room. My dad refused to pay any further sum, and informed them that if they did not arrange another room or refund the paid amount he would apporach the police . They were then made to wait another hour before another room was arranged ,which was of poor quality. We had paid for breakfast but nothing was arranged and no courtesy call or check by the owners of Nilgiri inn was done. This is a terrible experience for my Dad who's about 76 years old having to endure this fraud and torment especially from a so called trustable website like Hotel.com and booked through the proper means from UK. They "
