"Nice clean room and especially bathroom. Good amenities in the room. Would have been nice to replenish coffee and tea sachets on a daily basis. Excellent staff. Alwin at reception was awesome. "I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The overall maintenance of the property was extremely poor. The bed and pillows were visibly unclean, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the door was broken and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that made using the facilities unbearable. These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or pleasant environment."
