Good stay, good location
"Comfortable stay. Rooms are big enough for two only, but good comfortable beds. Breakfast was good quality with a decent amount of choices (eggs, baked beans, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, meats, sausages, juice, tea and coffee). Tram stop was a short distance (4-6 min walk) which was convenient."

"The room was lovely, bed excellent and staff very welcoming. But the room was facing the main road and, even given ear plugs, we got to sleep at 01.30am. The room was very warm so we had to leave the window open, as there was no fan or air conditioning. If you want to stay you must have a rear facing ..."

"We arrived and needed to find a hotel unexpectedly. We walked over to this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating they were. The room was very clean, tho small it was perfect for our visit."
