Quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms. Good food served in hotel restaurant. Hotel staff eager to assist but unfortunately often hampered in their attempts to do so by inefficient management-mandated practices.

Avoid the 7th floor, walls and roof is paper thin so you can hear everything on the updstairs bar. Second stay on the 6th was much better. Rooms are fine.

Staff at the front desk were nice and even let me check in early which was very much appreciated after a long two days of travel!! The massage I received in my room however was terrible, the masseuse was definitely not properly trained. I almost feel as though I felt worse after the massage than ...
