Good breakfast, with excellent scrambled eggs, decent juice and coffee, fair pastries. Room was cold. Air conditioning could not be set above 20 Celsius and heat function was inoperative. Warmest option was to turn it off.

此次訂了4天家庭房型，客房很大簡潔乾淨舒服，早餐也有用心準備，無論是西式中式餐點都很棒，另外有專屬停車場也很方便，唯一美中不足的地方就是有限制進出停車場次數，也建議是否可以有腳踏車或是其他代步工具，會讓旅客外出更加方便，因為畢竟開車外出會扣停車次數，總而言之 家人們都很喜歡，大致上都滿意，若是未來還有機會至高雄將會再考慮 河堤美學。

桌面用衛生紙擦過後都有黑黑的，不知道有沒有在擦桌面，缺點應該是馬桶問題較大因為坐墊跟馬桶尺寸不合腳會碰到馬桶要墊腳尖，洗臉台水量蠻小的，其它方面都蠻好的符合這價位 很棒。

空調不涼，空調控制無效，房間潮濕，浴室通風不良，電話客服需要枕頭，等了一個晚上也沒拿來。

硬體設施老舊及狀況不佳建議翻新，整潔清潔非常需要加強。空調無法調整，空氣也有異味。 可以感受到服務人員很努力配合換房以及處理狀況，但感覺應該大部分房間整體狀況類似，能處理的程度有限。

設備老舊維護極差

進房第一感覺是設備老舊維護品質很差，仔細一看發現房間床頭板及靠窗牆壁嚴重變黑發霉及腐蝕，不知為什麼還安排讓客人入住，要求換了房間後雖狀況有好一些，但冷氣維度無法調節，風超大超冷，住得很不舒服；同樣價格在高雄市可以找到遠比這間好的飯店，非常不建議選擇這間。

櫃檯人員服務良好，索求毛巾和換洗衣服的零錢都會提供，缺點是隔音和床會有點晃動，需要支撐力。有機會會再入住，謝謝你們。

水是瓶裝水，無法重複利用水罐 房間感覺得出年代感，牆壁很多摩擦/油漆脫落的痕跡，主要是廁所的天花板有很明顯的黑色霉斑，洗手台跟淋浴水龍頭也都有明顯生鏽痕跡，浴巾跟洗臉巾上有小飛蚊，雖然是演唱會期間相對價格合理的飯店，但真的沒有想到衛生這麼堪憂
