All the staff were so great, friendly and always at their assistance. Room was perfectly cleaned. Breakfast was pleasant! And late night snacks were surprisingly good as well with quite a variety.

Excellent choice near the train station. The hotel seems well run with competent friendly service. The room was clean and comfortable We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a huge choice of nice well presented food. Everything was fresh. The coffee and tea, biscuits and ice cream in the lobby was a very nice touch. The supper buffet was an unexpected bonus, it offered quite a bit of food too.

Decent Stay

I have very high expectation to the hotel as it listed as 4-stars hotel. However, when I got there, it looks more like a hostel. That doesn't bother me much. The room has this smell in it, and the cleanness doesn't meet the 4-stars hotel par. Overall, I'm fine with it for the amount I paid for this hotel. They do have a decent breakfast and they have free snacks, ice cream, and late snack. Their location is very close to the night market which is good.

A Great Hotel at Kaohsiung

I stayed 11 days in Taiwan for this trip booked 3 hotels at Taipei, Taichung & Kaohsiung. Kindness was the most our acceptable & appreciated one with very good services & provided with additional dining food/ drinks at afternoon tea & late dinner. They assigned us to Room 1306 that provided with good air-conditioning, normal wi-fi, TV & really all facilities as home. The breakfast was satisfied for my family with differents of dishes & various choices but the only short was the food not hot enough. The reception staff was helpful & friendly, their check-in & check-out services were in well done. All in all, there overall performance was very good.
