Kanzaki District Trip

Great quiet location away from the night life of Dontonbori, yet close enough to multiple stations and malls and easy access to get around. Staff is very friendly and overall layout of the hotel is nice. They offer luggage transportation services which was very helpful. Room is a good size as well. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel interior is beautifully designed—elegant and luxurious, with a warm ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The room, while compact (as is common in Japan), was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: comfy bed and pillows, a humidifier, coffee machine, kettle, and even pajamas and a full set of toiletries. Bath towels were replaced daily, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless throughout our stay. You can also request an iron and ironing board if needed, which was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the surprise cheesecake they provided to celebrate my husband's birthday—such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Although the carpet was a bit dated, we hardly noticed it until the end of our stay, as we were out exploring most of the time. It certainly didn’t detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room. Fantastic staff and facilities. Rooms are a little small with not many places to unpack, but are very clean and tidy. Nice coffee machines with capsules provided daily. Shower was fantastic. There is free coffee and sweets in the lobby which is a nice touch and the bar is very nice with great cocktails.
