The room was in good condition,had a few issues the filter in the jacuzzi tub needed to be replaced and the hot water was off and on. But the staff where amazing and the food and drinks made up for it!

The staff were amazing and very accommodating! From the rooms down to the landscaping, everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. Everything you need and want for a resort.
We booked two different resorts so we could compare, and just arrived to the second resort “Majestic Elegance” and are already wanting to go back to Villa Palmar. 😑
